- Domestic Travel: Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the travel date.
- International Travel: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Cancellation charges may apply as per:
- Airline fare rules
- Hotel cancellation policy
- Visa and insurance charges (non-refundable)
- AMPLE Travels service fee (non-refundable): ₹500 for domestic, ₹1,000 for international bookings
10.3. Refund Timelines
- Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after confirmation from service providers.
- Mode of refund: Original method of payment or bank transfer.
10.4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain bookings marked as “non-refundable” will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
10.5. Modifications and Rescheduling
- Changes to itineraries will incur charges as per provider policy and a rebooking fee from AMPLE Travels.

10.6. Cancellations by AMPLE Travels
In rare cases, if we must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, provider issues), a full refund will be issued with no service charge.
